Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and with other departments within the company to identify and resolve quality-related issues and ensure Customer Satisfaction. Coordinate MRB activities for relevant product lines. Working closely with program management to identify customer deliverables that originate from CDRLs, SDRLs, SOW, PO/contract. Develop APQP documentation including Process Flows, FMEAs, Quality Plans, and Control Plans, including updates as required. Define and/or develop appropriate inspection method/plans including the use of relevant statistical techniques. Coordinate process/product improvements using 6-sigma, 8D, and other improvement tools.
