About the Organization

The School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (SEM-BUPT) has a rich history dating back to 1955. Over the past sixty years, SEM-BUPT has nurtured a diverse array of disciplines, firmly rooted in the realm of information technology. It provides an extensive assortment of undergraduate and graduate programs, focusing on the fields of management and economics.

• Doctoral Program in Management Science and Engineering embraces big data and AI to shape strategic decision-making expertise.
• Academic Master Degree Programs cover fields like Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, and Public Administration.
• Professional Master Degree Programs include MBA, MEM, MIB, MPAcc, MPA, and a global EMBA in collaboration with Emlyon Business School.

Undergraduate Programs are offered in Big Data Management, Financial Technology, Business Administration, and Public Affairs Administration.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a doctoral degree from a reputable university in a related but not limited field of management and economics. Besides, candidates who have conducted interdisciplinary research or have experience in the field such as computer science, or social computing are also encouraged to apply.

In addition, candidates should also have a commitment to academic excellence and be able to contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programs. A solid potential to develop into an academic leader and make significant contributions to their field of study is highly desirable.

Meetings can be scheduled during this year's INFORMS conference in Phoenix.
