The Position DEFINITIONUnder the direction of the Assistant General Manager, this management position has responsibility for planning, directing, and controlling the long-range and short-term Glendale Water and Power Department (GWP) risk management activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Ensures Department services are provided with exceptional customer service and the highest level of ethical standards. Provides management oversight for the direction and coordination of energy risk management activities for the utility including counterparty credit, budget, retail rate structuring, and accounting activities.  Leads and administers the Enterprise Risk Manage
