The D’Amore-McKim School of Business (DMSB) and the College of Engineering (COE) at Northeastern University invite applications for a tenured or tenure-track position at all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor) in the broad area of digital platforms and supply chain management. The anticipated start date is Fall 2024. The successful candidate will have a primary appointment and tenure home in the Supply Chain & Information Management Group in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business and, depending on the candidate’s research and teaching interests, a secondary appointment in either the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering or the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in the College of Engineering. This interdisciplinary appointment brings an unparalleled opportunity to join a dynamic research environment that values effective collaborations across disciplines.
Candidates must hold a doctorate in relevant field including Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Digital Twins, Robotics and Infrastructure Automation, etc., by the appointment start date. Academic rank at the Associate Professor and Full Professor levels will be commensurate with experience and qualifications reflecting a record of demonstrated teaching and scholarly excellence.
