Senior Associate, Customer Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Assist clients with leveraging important digital trends and tools to integrate sales, service and operations in a way that leads to measurable business results. Develop marketing strategies and operating models, portfolio and brand management and improve client channel strategies. Help clients build bridges between the digital and analog mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and drive the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner and employee experiences. Assist the Manager with performing first-level review of client deliverables for quality, accuracy and relevance. Keep leadership informed of engagement progress and issues. Answer questions and provide guidance to less-experienced staff.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following:
- Analyzing customer economics, business performance and cost to serve while utilizing one of the following strategy and technology: Workforce, Analytics, Personalization, Campaign Management, Customer Data Platforms, DMP, Ad Technology, Testing and Optimization, and e-Commerce;
- Understanding customer trends in the B2B and B2C space, as well as across industries; and
- Developing and implementing Go-To-Market models, including channel mix and partnerships, product and service bundling, sales organization models and value propositions.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
